You said you were a "Special Pioneer" in San Luis Obispo in 1974, how small was the congregation and how far did you travel? From San Luis Obispo to Paso Robles or farther up, were the congregations in Santa Maria and San Luis Obispo the only ones? I live in San Luis Obispo, did you surf up here? @Lady Lee, you never tried to pry information from him, and he kept quite, not revealing confidential talk. It's a strenght that's fleeting in our new generation of young elders, things are different now. The old cranky ones I grew up with, are dying off, I don't remember them talking as much as these younger Generation folks.
I am not sure if the theory of females becoming more tougher than men now, a few British studies on hormone levels in young men vs females is intriguing, some theorize men are becoming weaker now, just a theory, what do you think?
I was in field service, and a eighty year old sister asked her husband about a case, he said "That is not for you to know, it's confidential" I was eigthteen and working with both of them. There are more good ones than bad, the bad can do "ten times" the damage as a good Christ loving man. Not all women want to know their husbands secrets, my sister would stop her husband from talking about judicial information or any type of gossip. Her stress level was enough, she did not need unnecessary negative gossip.

It took close to 300 years to get rid of the last "Shaker" a radical branch of the Quakers, US History 101, teacher loved to talk about "Shakers" and was sad the last one died in the late 1800s or turn of the Century of 1900s.

Jehovah's True Witnesses In Romania, don't follow anything after 1960 something, Google "Jehovah's True Witnesses Romania" I read about groups in Siberia who broke away too, I will try to find them. Romanians are just as tough or rougher than Russians, I have delt with Hungarians and Romanians on business venture, Albanians scare the hell out of me, last time I vist Monteneggro and the Dalmatian Coast!

I too have been charged with apostasy! Stunned.
by FinchAndWeston inmy wife and i got a letter sent to me stating we are being called before a judical hearing to discuss allegations of apostasy!
we haven't gone to the meeting in 5 years.
are the jw's on a witchhunt lately?

Finch I read one of Marvin Shilmers letters from some lawyer, in his letter to the Society, he noted "He did not find the congregation a warm and loving place, he slaved thirty of his best years for the Organization. One example of the madness was the rumor he had to follow up on some older sister, who had not attended meetings for seven-eight years and a rumor of lewd conduct was brought against this female caregiving worker.
She said "I have not attended meetings in (Seven or Eight Years) almost a decade, you never came looking for me, left me out to hang, but you now show up and are trying to judge me wicked? She was judged by some busy body woman or man of adultry, without proof, how is that for Love? How is that for being a Fine Shepperd who watches his sheep run off cliffs, while drinking their beers and vodka, toasting each other for a job well done?

I was happy to see this part of the Organization is the fastest growing segment of Witnesses. There is "A Great Rivival Of The Annointed" and we had more growth in Annointed, than average dubs as a percentage! How Cool Is That?
Hubris is what is befalling arrogance, remember the greek man with wings made of wax, he was warned and warned but insisted he knew better than the gods, he flew to the Sun, only to have his wings melt, falling to the earth to his death!
Hubris is believeing you are the only true christians in the whole world, Jehovah told Isaiah (Isaiah was sure he was the only true worshiper left) "I have six thousand who have not bent their knee to Baal." Jehovah spoke with Isaiah, how did he communicate this with Frantz?
@smiddy, they do know who is taking part, it's on the "Publisher's Card", Marvin Shimmer has the card on his blog, I have seen the cards on many occasions. W.T.S does know who is partaking of the emblems but does not want us thinking those annoited have special insights the way the annointed on the Government Body do.
Jesus Christ has changed his mind, according to early teachings "Russell, Rutherford, Knorr" were the composite Slave. Strange doctrine indeed, I think Jesus Christ is angry and will punish haughty men who are not helping other annointed brothers out!
